WS0 – MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION

  • Project Manual: information on partnership, roles and responsibilities of the coordinator regarding overall management, financial management and financial reporting, roles and responsibilities of partners, list of deliverables, progress and financial reporting, conflict management and conflict resolution, methods of communication.
  • Quality Manual: development of quality control manual for the whole project.
  • Contracts: between coordinator and partners.
  • Progress report and final report: digital and printed format.
  • Kick-off meeting: Greece, 12 participants.
  • Reports: 2 evaluation reports (Interim and Final). 15 pages in English.

 

WS1- METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN LANGUAGE TRAINING CENTERS AND IMMIGRANT NGOS

  • Questionnaires: digital online questionnaire for 150 persons at language centers and 150 persons at immigrant NGOs. 300 questionnaires in total (5 partner countries).
  • Face-to-face meetings: 10 awareness-raising meetings at national level in each partner country to motivate NGOs and language centers to participate in the project in general and research in particular.
  • Analysis report: production of analysis report on the result of the questionnaire.
  • Draft method and structure for cooperation: digital and printed draft method and structure for cooperation between language centers and immigrant NGOs.
  • 5 national workshops: feedback from workshops in Sweden, Greece, Portugal, UK and Germany on the outcome of the draft method and structure for 25 persons at language centers and 25 persons at immigrant NGOs. 
  • Test and finalization of cooperation structure: digital and printed method and structure for cooperation between language centers and immigrant NGOs.

 

WS2- DEVELOPMENT AND FINALIZATION OF TRAINING MATERIALS

  • Training material: digital and printed versions in Swedish, Greek, Portuguese, English and German.
  • Partners meeting: Germany, 12 participants, agenda, minutes, signed list of participants.
  • International training of trainers: Germany – 25 trainers (5 per participating country).
  • Feedback workshops: organization of 5 feedback workshops for 150 persons on elaborated material staff at language training centers and immigrant NGOs on elaborated training materials, in Sweden, Greece, Portugal, UK and Germany. Each country will have 30 participants each.
  • National training of trainers: training of staff at language training centers and immigrant NGOs in Greece, Sweden, UK, Portugal and Germany.

 

WS3 - IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS TRAINING IN THE FRAMEWORK OF LANGUAGE TRAINING

  • Templates for impact studies on newly arrived immigrants: digital online in English.
  • Templates for evaluation of method and structure for cooperation: digital online in English.
  • Press conference & national workshops: presentation of the digital platform and training material at the workshop for professionals prior to training pilot activities in Sweden, Greece, Portugal, the UK.
  • Pilot training: implementation of the pilot training in human rights included in language training for newly arrived immigrants participating in language training. For 500 newly immigrants in Sweden, Germany, Greece, Portugal, the UK, with 100 participants per country.
  • Evaluation report: evaluation of method and structure for cooperation between language training centers and immigrant NGOs. Digital online in English, German, Greek, Portuguese and Swedish.
  • Impact report: elaboration of overall evaluation of the impact of inclusion of human rights in language. Digital online in English, German, Greek, Portuguese and Swedish.
  • Networking platform: Digital platform for cooperation between language training centers and immigrant NGOs.

 

WS4- DISSEMINATION AND VALORIZATION

  • Website: development of a multi-lingual website in English, German, Greek, Portuguese and Swedish.
  • Newsletters: creation of an electronic bi-annual newsletter. Digital publication available for reading and download at project website.
  • Seminar: local/national dissemination by organizing one seminar in each country.
  • Conference: European dissemination by organizing a final conference in Sweden with 110 participants (10 partners’ representatives, more 100 external).
  • Articles: each partner will write an academic article for publication in EU newspapers and relevant websites for the project. Printed and digital form in English.
  • Partner meeting: Sweden, 13 participants, agenda, minutes, signed list of participants.
  • Visibility Action: participation in one relevant/regional/national event in each partner country for presentation of project results.
